Debut Appearance | Hyperline Makes Its Debut at Essen 2026, Building New Momentum for Industrial Welding and Cutting with High-Quality Laser Solutions
On June 29, the 29th Beijing Essen Welding & Cutting Fair officially opened at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. As a new vehicle for Hisense Group's expansion into the industrial laser sector, Hyperline made its debut at this top-tier welding and cutting event, exhibiting in Hall 5 with a product matrix spanning the Lightning, Thunder, and Storm series as well as fiber lasers dedicated to 3D printing and new energy welding.
At this exhibition, Hyperline focused not only on the performance of individual products but also presented a complete picture of "consumer-grade new products + industrial-grade light sources," attracting concentrated visits from industry chain partners and peer companies, and becoming one of the most closely watched laser brands at the show.
Full series of light sources on display, with hardcore in-house technologies targeting industry pain points
Continuing Hyperline's core positioning as a "global leader in miniaturized and lightweight lasers," the exhibition featured the company's full lineup of self-developed fiber lasers, covering the entire spectrum of handheld laser welding, precision welding for new energy, sheet metal cutting, metal 3D printing, and laser cladding, with each product continuously iterated to address pain points in specific manufacturing segments.
Equipped with a new high-efficiency phase-change heat dissipation structure, the units deliver excellent temperature rise control during operation and greatly improved stability under long-term continuous operation. The integrated design enhances both stability and ease of use. Leveraging the advantage of a small core diameter, the products achieve improvements in both welding speed and penetration depth, breaking through the efficiency bottleneck of conventional processing. They are compatible with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum/nickel/titanium-based alloys, and alumina ceramics, and are widely used in handheld welding, precision sheet metal processing, and precision welding of small components, reducing equipment investment and post-weld grinding costs for small and medium-sized manufacturers.
A differentiated core light source highlighted at the exhibition, it delivers a coaxial dual beam from a single fiber output, with the center core and ring core spot power capable of independent on/off switching and separate adjustment. Compared with conventional single-mode lasers, this product produces a more stable molten pool, significantly reduces welding spatter, and yields flat, uniform weld seams free of porosity and hot cracking defects. Welding speed is markedly improved and no secondary grinding is required after welding, making it ideal for the mass production of power battery trays and aluminum alloy structural parts for new energy applications.
The 500 W and 1000 W models serve as core domestically developed light sources for metal 3D printing, with beam quality M² ≤ 1.1, power stability and linearity error both below 1%, fast on/off response, and power redundancy above 15%, ensuring continuous and stable output under prolonged additive manufacturing conditions. They provide highly reliable domestically produced light source solutions for printing precision metal components in aerospace and medical applications.
The entire Lightning PLUS series adopts an industry-leading small core diameter optical design, with the 3 kW model achieving 34 μm core diameter output, beam quality M² < 2.5, and twice the power density of conventional lasers, greatly increasing thin-sheet cutting speed. It overcomes the pain point of processing highly reflective materials, effectively resisting the back-reflected light generated when processing copper, aluminum, brass, and other highly reflective materials. Having passed the full set of reliability tests — high/low temperature storage from -25°C to 55°C, 5G acceleration vibration, and IP67 water and dust resistance — it is durable under demanding conditions and delivers stable, round-the-clock mass production. It also comes with industry-benchmark service protection of 7-day no-reason replacement plus an 800-day extended warranty, reducing hidden equipment costs.
