Hyperline Reshapes Laser Quality with Ultimate Home Appliance Standards and Builds a Solid Development Foundation with Iron Discipline for All Employees.
On September 9, the 27th China International Optoelectronic Exposition (CIOE) opened at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. As a new carrier for Hisense Group’s expansion into the industrial laser sector, Hyperline showcased its three major product lines—diode lasers, ultrafast lasers, and fiber lasers—presenting, through full-chain self-developed achievements, a new narrative for China’s domestic laser industry amid the waves of AI and high-end manufacturing.

Recently, the Weike Cup · OFweek 2026 Laser Industry Annual Awards Ceremony was held in Shenzhen. Building on its sustained technological breakthroughs and industrialization practices in laser welding, Hyperline Photonics was honored with the Best Laser Technology Innovation Award.
As large models are rapidly deployed, the power density per rack in intelligent computing centers continues to rise, and liquid cooling has become standard equipment in high-end computing facilities. China’s liquid cooling market is expected to exceed RMB 100 billion by 2029. However, welding challenges for highly reflective metal components in liquid cooling plates, manifolds, and microchannel cover plates have long constrained equipment manufacturers’ capacity expansion and cost reduction.
On July 23, Jia Shaoqian, Chairman of the Group, visited Hyperline’s Tianjin campus and held discussions with key team members. The Chairman noted that Hyperline is a “newborn” industrial force in Hisense’s laser industry and that its sector has broad prospects.
In high-end manufacturing fields such as the "three electrics" of new energy vehicles (battery, motor, and electronic control), AI computing thermal management, high-end connectors, and aerospace, highly reflective metals such as copper and aluminum have become core structural and conductive base materials. However, industry pain points such as poor welding consistency and high defect rates for highly reflective materials have long constrained production lines from improving quality and efficiency. Traditional arc welding and infrared laser welding processes can no longer meet the mass production standards of "zero defects, high precision, and high efficiency" required by high-end manufacturing. The industrial deployment of Hyperline's high-power blue semiconductor lasers provides a reliable industrial solution for precision welding of highly reflective materials.
